Manoj is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of the firm, bringing over 30 years of rich professional experience in Domestic Tax Structuring, Cross-Border Taxation, Transaction Advisory, and Real Estate Advisory transactions. He leads the firm’s Tax Vertical and also heads the Transaction and Business Advisory Services Vertical, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.

An expert in Transaction Structuring, Manoj has advised a wide range of Companies on Prudent Tax Planning, Complex Compliance Matters, Regulatory Challenges, and Business Restructuring Initiatives. His deep insight and practical approach have consistently helped clients navigate highly intricate and evolving Tax and Regulatory Landscapes.

His comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and taxation environment in the country has enabled numerous clients to successfully execute complex transactions with confidence and compliance.
