Ravindra is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of extensive professional experience, including nearly a decade with PwC. He advises clients on Domestic Taxation, International Taxation, and Regulatory Matters.

He has been actively advising clients on Compliance, Representation, and Litigation relating to both Direct Taxes and Regulatory Frameworks, including Complex Domestic and Cross-Border Tax Matters.

Ravindra specializes in Structuring and Restructuring of Transactions and Businesses, providing Strategic Tax Advisory, and conducting detailed Due Diligence Reviews to support informed decision-making.

He has also completed the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), strengthening his expertise in Information Systems and Audit Processes.
