She holds a Master of International Business (MIB) degree and brings practical experience in managing Payroll Assignments for multiple clients, ensuring Accuracy, Timeliness, and adherence to Statutory Requirements. Ruchira also plays a key role in handling HR Compliances, supporting Organizations in meeting Regulatory Obligations and maintaining efficient HR Processes.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, she actively contributes to knowledge sharing initiatives, participating as a Faculty in various Seminars and Training Programs, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
