Sudha is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), with over 25 years of rich and diverse professional experience in Auditing, Advisory, GST Matters, Compliance, and Accounting.

She possesses strong expertise in Statutory Audits and has led audits of large listed companies, including Fortune 500 entities, across sectors such as Financial Services, Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Oil & Gas Exploration, Infrastructure Operations, and Toll Management. She has independently handled CAG and RBI-allotted audits and is well-versed with compliance frameworks and procedures governing PSU audits. She has also been involved in Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) assignments of listed entities.

Sudha is known for her ability to efficiently manage time-bound assignments and deliver high-quality outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail. A natural team leader, she fosters a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning. Her clear thinking and commitment to excellence consistently enable her to exceed client expectations.

She is a Certified Forensic Accountant and has completed certifications in Ind AS, Forex & Treasury Management and Artificial Intelligence-Level 1 from ICAI. In addition, she is a registered faculty with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), contributing to Orientation and GMCS programs.
